Three Steps to Begin Reclaiming Your Power

1. Reflect on Your Inner Truth

Your authentic self always communicates with you through intuition, emotions, and inner nudges. But often, those messages get drowned out by daily noise. Reflection creates space for listening.


Try this: Journal at the end of your day and ask:

  • When did I feel most aligned today?

  • When did I feel out of alignment?

  • What do these moments reveal about my truth?


This practice helps you recognize patterns and gives your inner voice a place to be heard.


2. Notice Limiting Beliefs

Most of us carry subconscious beliefs like “I’m not enough” or “I can’t do this.” These beliefs often come from childhood experiences, cultural conditioning, or fear, not from your true self.


The moment you notice a limiting belief, you reclaim power. You can question it, reframe it, and choose a belief that aligns with who you really are.

Example:Instead of “I don’t deserve success,” try “I am worthy of living a fulfilled and successful life.”


3. Take Small, Intentional Actions

Awakening isn’t one giant leap, it’s a series of daily steps. Each aligned action you take strengthens your connection to your authentic self.


Start small:

  • Say no when something feels misaligned.

  • Speak your truth in a conversation.

  • Practice gratitude for your own growth.
